and must have a signature at the time of delivery. All items

from Gineico pty ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect,
and thus affecting
delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
